To support this ambitious growth, we're investing in a high-performing pipeline generation engine—spanning both digital and field sales—with a particular focus on driving strong new business development. Join us as a Sales Account Manager - Based in Riyadh, and focused on our BMC Solutions. In this role, you'll lead new business acquisition and expansion within a defined territory, positioning BMC's market-leading technologies with some of the region's most prestigious organizations.
Here is how, through this exciting role, you will contribute to BMC's and your own success: • Drive pipeline creation and progression across both new and existing accounts, with a strong focus on winning net-new logos. • Lead the full sales cycle as the primary customer contact—supported by a world-class team of solution engineers, product specialists, and partner ecosystem. • Be a territory owner—developing account strategies, expanding BMC's footprint, and closing high-value opportunities to contribute directly to our ARR growth. • Represent the BMC brand with professionalism and integrity, building trust with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. • Continuously learn, innovate, and contribute to a culture that values collaboration, accountability, and growth.
To ensure you're set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience: • You can embrace, live and breathe our BMC values every day! • A proven track record in enterprise software sales, with a strong focus on new business development and pipeline generation. • Experience managing complex sales cycles and effectively orchestrating internal and external resources. • Deep understanding of industry trends, business practices, and the competitive landscape in the KSA market. • A team mindset and the ability to lead cross-functional collaboration. • The energy, drive, and ambition to contribute to a fast-growing region and be part of something transformational.
