Join us as a Graphic Designer/Animator!
BMC is seeking a talented and self-directed Graphic Designer/Animator to craft visually compelling, brand-aligned assets for use across our web pages and editorial content. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands digital storytelling, and can translate complex software interfaces into clear, engaging visuals.
Here is how, through this exciting role, YOU will contribute to BMC's and your own success:
- Design static illustrations, branded graphic components, and Lottie animations tailored to specific web and content needs
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand UI elements and product features before beginning design work
- Create visual assets for ebooks, white papers, and editorial materials, with copy provided by the BMC content team
- Ensure all designs align with BMC's brand identity, using provided examples as stylistic guidance
- Interpret abstract concepts and technical information into clean, digestible visuals
- Work independently while maintaining consistent communication with the BMC point of contact
To ensure you are set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:
- Proven experience in graphic design and animation, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects, and Lottie
- Strong portfolio showcasing web graphics, animations, and editorial design
- Ability to understand and visually represent software UI components
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Comfortable working without a formal style guide, but able to follow visual direction from examples

Actual salaries depend on a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training, licensure, and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
The range listed is just one component of BMC's employee compensation package. Other rewards may include a variable plan and country specific benefits.
At BMC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at /near the top of the range. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $86,850 - $144,750
