Responsible for the customer contract, billing and data input. This includes monitoring maintaining and updating of customer inventory, processing orders and finalizing invoices and credit memos. Other responsibilities include analyzing contractual documents and assisting internal teams or external customers in resolving issues and/or errors.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Working under close supervision, performs routine tasks with specific instructions. Learns business processes and practices and applies concepts to work. Little independent judgement is required as work generally follows standard procedures. Emphasis is on learning the key aspects of the job to be performed.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree or equivalent course training.
