We are laser-focused on delivering real value to our customers by accelerating innovation and the application of applying agentic AI in digital service and operations management for IT organizations around the world. This role is responsible for Product Data Administration, including the setup, maintenance, and modification of product-related records. The Product Administrator collaborates closely with global cross-functional teams such as Product R&D, Product Operations, Pricing, Production Control, Product Change, Marketing, and Creative Services to support day-to-day operations.
Key responsibilities include running and publishing critical reports such as Product Availability reports, performing data validation to support SOX compliance, and ensuring overall data accuracy and integrity. These outputs are communicated to internal stakeholders and, where required, to external stakeholders and end customers.
Here is how, through this exciting role, YOU will contribute to BMC's and your own success:
- Review and verification of product information for business application
- Develop plans for the incorporation of new and changed data (product, pricing) into business applications
- Configuration and administration of product data for business applications
- Provide support services to back office and field on product issues
- Work with cross-functional teams worldwide to support the product lifecycle as assigned
- Implement standards to ensure product data quality
- Ensure compliance with SOX standards- Document processes/services for internal and external organizations
- Prepare communications and reports for internal/external use
- ECROW the product files with the third-party organization
- Take multiple initiatives in the process improvement projects
- May perform other duties as assigned.
- Min 2-3 yrs' relevant work experience..
- Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint knowledge required. Good organization and communication skills
- Experience in software industry, marketing, order management, order Services, product operations and/or project management a plus.
- Good to have SFDC, Micro Strategy reporting knowledge.

At BMC we believe in pay transparency and have set the midpoint of the salary band for this role at 629,600 INR. Actual salaries depend on a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training, licensure, and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
