Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Regional Delivery Manager to oversee a portfolio of Third-Party Logistics Carriers (3PLs), while supporting assigned market stores across the region. In this role, you'll bring your leadership, logistics expertise, and customer-focused mindset to drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and financial performance. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Store Operations, DC Operations, Inventory Control, and others to champion the customer experience and uphold “The Bob's Way.” We are ideally targeting candidates based in the state of OH.   • Customer Satisfaction: Deep commitment to delivering “best in class” customer experience.
  • Process Improvement: Proven success improving logistics workflows and reducing delivery-related costs.
  • Strategic Planning: Ability to implement regional strategies aligned with broader company goals.
Preferred Competencies & Skills
  • Experience in alternate Big Ticket Retail or furniture industry.
  • Familiarity with wood, bedding, upholstery, and leather furniture.
  • Ability to motivate diverse teams and manage through change.
  • Passion for learning and continuous improvement.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years in transportation logistics management.
  • 5+ years of successful multi-unit retail or delivery operations experience.
  • Strong data analysis and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%; national scope.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
     
Physical Demands
  • Able to sit, walk, stand, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, pull, climb, balance, crouch, and lift/move up to 50 lbs without assistance.
  • Move objects up to 100 lbs with or without reasonable accommodations.
  • Stand or sit for extended periods to perform job functions.
