Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field or equivalent experience
• 3–5+ years of experience in analytics, merchandising, or related field

Work Environment

• Primarily remote with flexibility
• Frequent collaboration via virtual tools
• Occasional travel to Manchester, CT and/or stores as needed

Physical Demands

• Ability to sit, stand, and work on a computer for extended periods
• Ability to move throughout store environments as needed
