As a Senior Art Director, you will operate at a high level within our in-house creative team, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution. In this role, you will partner closely with Creative Directors and cross-functional teams to bring cohesive, customer-focused marketing to life across all channels, with a strong emphasis on retail signage and point-of-purchase (POP) experiences.

You will play a key role in shaping visual direction, driving creative excellence, and ensuring clarity and consistency across high-volume retail environments.

Minimum Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in art direction, preferably in-house or within a retail-focused environment
• Strong understanding of integrated marketing channels and how creative adapts across each
• Extensive experience with retail signage, in-store communication, and POP display design
• Proven ability to lead projects from concept to execution
• Strong design, typography, and layout skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to balance leadership with hands-on execution

Physical Demands

• Ability to work in a fast-paced office or creative studio environment
• Frequent use of a computer and design tools
• Ability to review physical creative materials and retail displays as needed
