We are currently looking for a Director, Organizational Change Management who will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive change management strategy in support of the organization's transformation initiatives.  In addition to driving end-to-end change leadership for company transformation, this leader will play a critical role in implementing an organizational change management methodology and approach for large-scale initiatives and serving as a consultant to change across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Change Methodology: Design and implement a comprehensive change management methodology aligned with the overall goals of the organization and transformation initiatives, creating and maintaining tools and templates for use across the organization.

  • Transformation Change Management: Develop and implement change management approach and process to facilitate successful end-to-end execution of global transformation, starting with assessing organizational readiness for change through adoption and sustainment of the change.  

  • Organizational Consulting: Provide strategic consultation to leaders across the company on how a change framework and tools should be leveraged and deployed on projects, ensuring a cohesive and effective approach to change management for large scale initiatives. 

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to align efforts with organizational objectives and to identify and understand potential risks and impact of changes on the organization

  • Transformation Communication: In partnership with Global Communications team, develop and execute communication plans to ensure clear and consistent messaging throughout transformation to all key stakeholder groups

  • Training and Development: Partner with Learning & Development team to design and implement training programs that build change resilience across the organization and equip employees with the skills and knowledge needed to navigate during and after change.  

  • Build Change Capability: Support the development of change capability for key roles through training delivery, coaching, and mentoring.

  • Metrics and Evaluation: Establish key performance indicators and metrics to measure the success and effectiveness of change initiatives, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.

Education and/or Experience

  • A bachelor's degree is preferred

  • Change management certification or designation desired

  • 5-7 years of change management experience required, including experience leading change across a global, matrixed organization

  • Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts; solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process

  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools

  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle

  • Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges

  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships; work effectively at all levels in an organization

  • Requires excellent communication, facilitation, and project management skills.

  • Able to articulate message to a variety of audiences.
