Job Description
Position Overview:
In this newly created role, you will help stand up and scale the Transformation Office at Brink's. Your primary focus will be building the infrastructure — from governance processes and dashboards to reporting tools and operating rhythms — that drives execution of high-impact initiatives across the enterprise.
You'll work closely with Transformation leaders and cross-functional teams to coordinate fast-moving workstreams, prepare executive-level materials, and tackle one-off challenges that need sharp thinking and quick action.
This is a high-visibility, high-growth opportunity for someone with a background in consulting, strategy, or business operations who wants to help build an enterprise transformation engine from the ground up — and is excited by ownership, variety, and fast learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build systems & rhythm: Help develop and maintain the tools, templates, and processes that ensure the Transformation runs effectively.
- Support transformation cadence: Prepare leadership materials, track progress, and coordinate weekly/monthly meetings across workstreams.
- Drive execution: Support and track progress on cross-functional initiatives, helping to bring structure, clarity, and momentum.
- Work across functions: Collaborate with business, finance, and operational leaders to gather inputs, align on priorities, and drive accountability.
- Create insights & reporting: Translate complex project information into clear updates and dashboards for executive stakeholders.
- Problem solve: Spot execution risks, navigate ambiguity, and help resolve blockers to keep initiatives moving forward.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in management consulting, enterprise transformation, business operations, or strategy
- Bachelor's degree in related area required.
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- A structured thinker and clear communicator who brings focus to complexity
- Highly organized, resourceful, and action-oriented — someone who makes things happen
- Comfortable with project tools (i.e., Smartsheet, Wave, Shibumi, Jira) and can learn new systems quickly
- Strong desire to grow, learn, and take on new challenges
- Preferred: Experienced operating in Transformation Offices and/or enterprise PMOs
