  • 100% outpatient
  • Full-time position with weekends on a rotating schedule
  • Physical Therapy, X-ray, and Labs available on site
  • MD support available 24/7
  • $5000 Signing Bonus
  • Up to $12,000 Yearly Bonus based on patiets seen after 1 year
Essential Duties:
  • Provide high quality patient care with excellent customer service
  • Examine, diagnose, and create treatments plans
  • Order labs, imaging, and other diagnostic testing and interpret results.
  • Perform physical examinations to include DOT physicals and other employment-specific physicals through our Occupational Medicine Department
  • Display exceptional attention to detail when completing chart notes in EMR
  • Collaborate and consult with MD when necessary
Essential Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
  • Utilize excellent critical thinking skills and problem-solving skills
  • Always adhere strictly to HIPAA regulations
  • Adapt easily to new processes and procedures
  • Communicate effectively and accurately with members of the medical team and with patients.
  • Efficiently manage a small medical team and delegate/prioritize tasks appropriately.

Highly competitive salary with bonus structure

Required Education: PA-C program.
Required Licensure: Current Washington State PA-C license
Physical Requirements: This position requires the ability to stand, walk, sit, use hand to finger coordination, handle or feel objects, tools or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and listen attentively. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
Immunization Requirements: Immunizations required: Influenza, Hep B, Tdap, MMR, varicella or a positive titer test, PPD and any additional immunizations determined necessary for the protection of staff and patients.

Compensation Information:
$45.0 / Hourly - $45.0 / Hourly
