Group gets along and pulls together to help each other. Seven APPs also work in the office to improve efficiency of urologists. Top performers in office are earning over $750,000 a year averaging 11,000 RVUs a year. Set your own schedule with option to spend 3 or 4 four-hour sessions in the office with the rest of your time in the OR. Management provides meetings every two weeks for input from urologists.

Enjoy working in the heart of Pennsylvania's state capital with offices on each side of the river next to the hospital. The group would like to add two urologists to do general urology, with or without robotics, and would also welcome someone to do reconstructive surgery. Walk into a very busy practice as you would take over a retiring doc's practice.
