As a HR Support Coordinator Regional Office, you will support the Regional Human Resource Business Partners with conducting administrative duties including all aspects of recruiting, compliance, reporting, and special projects.
How You Will Impact Education
Instruction/Education Responsibilities
- Assist with Human Resource administrative and recruitment processes where needed.
- Supports school-based School Operations Administrators (SOAs) with Employee Verifications of Employment
- Coordinates the collection of New Hire Onboarding Paperwork for schools
- Schedule Hiring Events and Interviews as requested.
- Assist candidates with the application process.
- Supports the local Talent Acquisition Specialist with communicating with candidates completing the hiring process
- Collaborates with the national office to verify employee information discrepancies between local and national data
- Connects local employees to HR data and information
- Develops reports as requested to support HR functions at the state level
- Assist with the collection of documentation for school-based audits
- Assist with creating and uploading employee files to the employee management system
- Collaborates with the Human Resource Business Partners to assess departmental needs and provides support.
- Collects information and data for submission to the state Department of Education as requested
- Submits certification applications to the State Department of Education for employees
- Assist with school based monthly audits conducted by the Regional SOA
- Assists leadership with various research projects and/or special projects.
- Makes photocopies, email documents, filing and performs other clerical functions.

Job Requirements
- Two (2) years' experience in Human Resource administration or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Knowledge of HCM systems such as UltiPro, ADP etc. helpful but not necessary
- Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality
