The Senior Change Manager will lead the organizational change management (OCM) workstream for the company's enterprise-wide ERP and process reengineering initiatives. This role is responsible for ensuring stakeholders are aligned, employees are prepared, and the organization achieves successful adoption of new systems and processes. The Change Manager will design and execute change management strategies, drive communication and training efforts, and partner with executives, functional leaders, and project teams to minimize resistance and maximize engagement. The change manager's goal is to drive faster adoption, higher utilization and proficiency of systems and process changes, that impact employees who must use the changes in their daily work.

 

How You Will Impact Education

Responsibilities

  • Stakeholder Assessment & Engagement
    • Identify key stakeholders and analyze impact of the change.
    • Build and execute stakeholder engagement plans.
  • Change Impact Analysis
    • Assess how processes, roles, and responsibilities will shift under the new system.
    • Document and communicate business impacts to affected groups.
  • Communications Strategy & Execution
    • Develop communication plans (executive updates, newsletters, town halls, FAQs).
    • Tailor messaging for different stakeholder groups.
  • Training & Enablement
    • Develop role-based training curriculum and learning materials.
    • Deliver training sessions (classroom, eLearning, train-the-trainer).
    • Provide job aids, quick reference guides, and on-demand resources.
  • Change Network Development
    • Build and manage a network of "change champions" across functions.
    • Empower champions to provide feedback and reinforce adoption locally.
  • Resistance Management
    • Identify resistance points and address them proactively.
    • Coach leaders on how to support their teams through the transition.
  • Readiness & Adoption Tracking
    • Conduct change readiness surveys and focus groups.
    • Track adoption metrics (system usage, process compliance, user feedback).
  • Sustainment & Continuous Improvement
    • Establish reinforcement mechanisms post go-live (help desk, refresher training).
    • Ensure feedback loops to refine processes and stabilize adoption.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field (master's preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or transformation roles.
  • Experience with and strong knowledge of change management methodologies and tools (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter's Eight Steps, or similar).
  • Change management certification or designation desired
  • Experience with enterprise-level initiatives such as ERP implementations, digital transformation, or restructuring preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
