ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

The position includes, but is not limited to, the following essential job duties, responsibilities and requirements:

• Lead the deployment of the charging network, managing all aspects from site selection to commissioning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business units, construction crews, and external vendors to ensure project success.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, risk assessments, and budgets.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communications, facilitating coordination between internal teams and external partners.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards throughout the deployment process.
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and budget targets.
• Regularly report on project status, challenges, and successes to senior management and stakeholders.
• Identify and implement best practices and continuous improvement strategies for deployment processes.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, or a related field.
• Five to seven years of experience or more preferred including a minimum of three years of management responsibility.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of project management experience, demonstrating a track record of successful project delivery.
• Other combinations of experience and education that meet the minimum requirements may be substituted.
• Experience in eMobility charging infrastructure is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration at all organizational levels and with external partners.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
