OVERVIEW:

We're looking for a passionate and customer-centric marketer who can lead planning and implementation of member communication campaigns/programs to drive program adoption/usage, reduce churn and deliver customer value. In this role, you will have the opportunity to combine your analytics skills and creative mind to create communications throughout members' journey; these communications are centered around customer needs to make their journey easier. We strive to make our members feel valued and recognized every day in their way. We're looking for a marketer who is able to think strategically, use data to drive decisions, and can thrive in a cross-functional environment.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the creation of marketing and communications collateral to ensure that it is consistent with our brand standards and designed for channel
  • Lead execution/optimization of lifecycle communications as well as ad-hoc communications
  • Work closely with Marketing & Brand Creative, Loyalty Operations, Member Experience, Customer Analytics and Global Communication teams to develop lifecycle communication to support customer journeys and business objectives
  • Develop a deep understanding of audience segments, including the logic/data attributes used to create the segments
  • Develop, test, and refine messages through each phase of the learner journey towards the goal of driving positive outcomes across multiple communication channels
  • Create and manage an ongoing calendar of A/B testing to continually optimize lifecycle comms
  • Work with loyalty product team to add data and platform capabilities
  • Derive insights from dashboards; effectively translate analytics into clear insights and actionable recommendations
  • Articulate member communication strategy and communicate results to key stakeholders
  • Monitor and share industry trends and best practices
  • Ad hoc problem solving and day to day tasks as needed to support the needs of the team
  • Flexible with working hours to support global ways of working

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field preferred, and/or 3-4 years of experience in email marketing, lifecycle communications, or similar role
  • Experience with marketing automation, email, SMS and/or web marketing
  • Strong analytical skills, understanding of testing methodologies, ability to draw conclusions from data and take action accordingly
  • Strong messaging, content development and writing skills, comfortable with crafting messaging and content to aid in ideation and development of a communication campaign         
  • Ability to build relationships and work effectively with multiple stakeholders in a cross-functional environment
  • Experience in managing complex projects
  • Advanced skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & related Microsoft suite products
  • Must be able to perform the essential duties and responsibilities as described above. 
  • Must be able to follow state, federal and company guidelines. 
  • Must be able to maintain a positive team attitude and professional demeanor at all times.
