We're looking for a talented individual with an analytical and detail-oriented mindset to join our loyalty team in Charlotte, North Carolina.  As we continue to grow our business, we are looking to expand our team as well as our loyalty offerings and personalization capabilities.  You'll be at the center of this transformation, working together with our team to help improve our loyalty experience to drive growth across the business.

The role requires a high level of analytical and process management skills as well as a talent for working in a close-knit environment.  You'll need to understand the art and science of promotions. This role will require interfacing and working with multiple functions across North America, making this position a great opportunity to learn many aspects of the business while putting your skills to work.

Our ideal candidate would be:

1.         Promotions & Analytics guru – you have experience in an analytical role, whether it be in marketing, merchandising, or elsewhere. You know the different cogs that make a retailer run and how to focus on the right metrics to help meet loyalty promotions objectives.

2.         Person of Action – you are the quintessential go-getter. You know how to navigate the organization to get things done. Learning new tools, creating a new standard, and executing a plan to perfection gets you excited about your job each and every day.

3.         Traffic Manager – able to manage the end-to-end loyalty promotions process. You can work across internal and external partners, geographies, and levels across the organization to ensure the best-in-class promotions are being offered to customers.

What You Will Do

Here are just a few ways that you'll help make journeys better:  

  • Serve as a liaison between Loyalty and Merchandising with a focus on the coordination of personalized offers.
  • Own the loyalty offer management process to drive consistent execution of program branding, campaigns, and promotions across channels.
  • Proactively develop processes, tools, and other means to efficiently manage the loyalty promotions process.
  • Assist the organization with the development of loyalty promotions, including personalized offers.
  • Forecast and recommend how to enhance submitted loyalty promotions.
  • Ensure proper setup and execution of loyalty promotions.
  • Ensure compliance with promotional requirements, policies, and regulations.
  • Measure and report out on results to optimize loyalty campaigns and promotions.
  • Serve as the primary contact with the Rebates team for loyalty promotions.

  • Knowledge of marketing and store systems required to implement promotions and campaigns.
  • Must be able to adapt to rapidly changing environment, manage multiple priorities, possess strong analytical skills, and meet deadlines.
  • Highly collaborative and results-driven.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high motivation to learn.
  • Fast-learner, eager to dive in and bring relevant experience to a new role.
  • Problem-solver with excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Time-management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and to manage multiple, competing priorities.
  • Retail knowledge is a must; strong understanding of the convenience store industry is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred. Other combinations of job-related experience and education that meet the requirements may be substituted.
  • Five+ years of retail business experience or more preferred.
  • Must have demonstrated leadership ability, good communication skills, be self-directed, self-motivated and customer service oriented. Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in English.
