We play to win, so this time, we've done things differently and established a Strategy & Transformation team focused on enabling ACT to achieve this ambition by driving strategic decision making, transforming the way we work, and unlocking new value for our organization.
Our team cuts across the traditional silos of a retail organization and has a birds-eye view of everything that is happening. A strategic advisory group to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team, our mission is to support ACT in maintaining its competitive edge.

Role Summary:
As a Manager, you will report into the Global Director of Strategy & Transformation and have regular exposure to the SVP, Strategy & Transformation as well as the full Executive Leadership Team.
Having only formed this new team recently, you will have a unique opportunity to get in at the ground floor, take ownership, and shape the future of our work. This fast-paced role will require you to be comfortable in ambiguity, have a bias for action, have strong communication skills, and be comfortable focusing on many different topics at once.
What You Will Do:
- Lead the development of a holistic roadmap that documents all key strategic initiatives & dependencies
- Provide strategic advisory support to all levels of the organization including:
- Monitoring and escalating risks
- Driving alignment
- Providing industry insights and trends to shape decision making
- Be a trusted business partner who rolls up their sleeves and supports key initiative leads accelerate their work including:
- Facilitating workshops
- Building business cases
- Conducting research
- Analyzing data
- Developing content/presentations
- And more…
- Provide Project Management support to the strategy team and initiative teams
- Develop executive level presentations and content
- Support internal communications and Change Management efforts
What We Are Looking For:
- 2-4 years in management consulting or a similar internal strategy & transformation role
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- Expertise with PowerPoint and Excel
- Project Management or other related certifications is a plus
- Experience in retail is a plus
- Experience in Change Management, Operating Model Design, Global Business Services, and Procurement/Supply Chain is seen as a plus
- Self-Starters who take initiative, challenge norms, and get back up when they are knocked down
- Must be able to demonstrate past success stories including:
- Operating in ambiguous situations
- Learning quickly
- Communicating to executive leaders
- Managing projects
- Current and valid passport is required
