ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER SR
WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? Responsible for managing strategic, transformation, simplification and change initiatives for the Entertainment Banking Division. Directs managers, support staff and those that are managing risk associated with the operational and credit aspects of client relationships and their business transactions. Actively partners with the Entertainment Banking Team, Direct Report Team and the Banking and Investment Services Team, and provide the consultation and support needed on all issues/opportunities. Responsible for managing, developing and motivating colleagues involved in transformation projects for the division and ensuring the integrity of assigned functions and adherence to Bank regulations, policies and procedures. Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with internal and external clients while providing exemplary client service.Plays a key role as mentor and coach to ensure CNB strategic objectives are being met. Responsible for keeping the risk culture aligned with policies and procedures and are integrated and institutionalized. Acts as a conduit for identifying and recommending improvements to policies and procedures
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Manages functions at all locations with particular emphasis on operational credit and integrity and management of a client-driven sales and service environment.
- Develops, coaches, and motivates EB colleagues and creates a climate which empowers and allows for people to do their best. Builds effective relationships with CNB colleagues bank-wide to achieve service and growth goals.
- Responsible for listening, identifying, and raising issues and/or opportunities for changes in process, policies, and/or procedures to support the strategy and integrity of CNB. Actively participates in the integration activities to promote, educate and coach to a consistent CNB way. Acts as a catalyst to manage and promote desired changes.
- Ensures activities are in compliance with legal/regulatory requirements and CNB policy and procedure.
- Proactively identifies and recommends new/proposed policies and procedures as they relate to credit and operations issues/opportunities; leads special bank-wide projects and complex process/procedure changes.
- Evaluates, negotiates, selects, and manages outside service vendors to support EB Division needs.
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of Bank policies and procedures.
- Serves as a valued resource to internal and external customers.
- Ensures assigned employees are in compliance with specified CNB compliance guidelines.
- Prepares monitors and manages budget for assigned function.
- Clearly communicates ideas and concepts both orally and in writing.
- Performs other duties as assigned or requested.
- Participates in independent outside activities including charity events, entertainment industry events, and educational events which demonstrate both individual and corporate commitment to the community.
- Responsible and accountable for appropriate quality controls related to the financial products and services the bank delivers, the processes employed and the incentives with which colleagues are awarded.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?
Required Qualifications*
- Minimum 10 years of banking experience required.
- Minimum 6 years of management experience required.
- Minimum 4 years of experience leading change initiatives
- College degree in business administration or related field preferred
- Typically has 15+ years of experience in banking or related field.
- Comprehensive knowledge of bank credit, operations, client relationship and risk management
- Working knowledge of bank back office processes and systems
- Thorough understanding of applicable laws and banking regulations
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU? Compensation Starting base salary: $127,626 - $237,014 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
