SUPV RESIDENTIAL COMMAND CENTER WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? Directs and manages the Mortgage Operations Command Center team who are responsible for operational support for Residential (RLD) Lending. This position is responsible for leading a team that will support the entire loan process from application to funding. Support areas consist of loan assignment, monitoring of pipeline to ensure efficient loan turnaround times are met, and serve as a central point of contact to support all teams within RLD Operations. The Supervisor will assist with escalated issues and provide recommendations for improvements when they arise. WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Monitors production, quality and timeliness of work flow for all fulfillment functions; analyzes and monitors departmental workflow; implements policies/guidelines for uniformity and quality standards; ensures compliance to regulatory requirements.
- Supervise staff to ensure client service levels and goals are met.
- Facilitate pipeline management and escalations meetings to ensure loans remain on track and meet closing dates.
- Identify and resolve business process workflow bottlenecks to achieve maximum efficiency.
- Reviews and recommends new methods and procedures to make daily operations in the area more efficient.
- Assists Management to ensure that critical deadlines are met on all applications and loans.
- Anticipates issues facing the department and/or organization and develop innovative solutions to streamline work processes and support operational objectives.
- Takes ownership and proactive action quickly and when needed and approach all issues and interactions with professionalism.

- Build business relationships within fulfillment operations to manage and monitor hand-offs between groups across CNB.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years experience in a bank or financial services firm.
- Minimum 5 years work experience in a Lending Operations environment.
- Minimum 3 years of management/supervisory experience.
- Bachelor degree
- Proven communication and relationship skills.
- Ability to work in a fluid environment and be held to meet minimum production standards for self and staff.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills necessary to supervise and motivate a group of people.
- Technical skills utilizing Microsoft tools (power point, excel, word, share point)
- Thorough understanding of the loan process to include origination, processing, underwriting, document preparation, closing, production tracking, and general accounting in order to verify and ensure accuracy of the data input/output for loans.
- Ability to form and nurture interpersonal, professional relationships.
- Ability to lead and facilitate cross-functional meetings.
- Excellent organization skills and ability to effectively multi-task in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical skills; accuracy, consistency, and completeness is critical.
- High integrity and outstanding work ethic required.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU? Compensation Starting base salary: $87,027 - $138,965 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
