Join the Workforce Partnerships section within Employee Services/HR Client Services, where you will play a critical role in providing professional consulting services and administrative oversight. As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will be the key operational backbone of the section, ensuring the smooth flow of work, providing advice on routine HR matters, and maintaining the systems that track our team's performance and information. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a positive workplace culture and support the implementation of city-wide HR programs and initiatives.
What will you do?
Provide advisory services and respond to inquiries from clients and union representatives on routine to moderately complex HR matters
Create and maintain dashboards and metrics to track work volume, performance, and trends
Conduct research and analysis to support HR programs and projects, and the development of innovative solutions to challenge the status quo
Support Workforce Partnerships in coordinating and implementing HR Initiatives with our business lines to support workforce planning
Act as a central point of contact for internal clients, proactively ensuring timely communication and efficient completion of administrative processes
Develop, maintain, and manage tracking/filing systems, file naming conventions, and controlled access to sensitive employee documents
Administer all information access requests for the section, including researching and gathering related documentation
Participate in working groups and support corporate-level projects and initiatives where required
