The Community Standards Branch is looking for a Strategic Business Analyst to help anticipate and plan for the future of our operations. What will you do?

  • Conduct comprehensive business process reviews, documenting current enforcement processes and workflows using modelling techniques like swimlanes and process flows
  • Identify and document gaps between current and target processes, recommending innovative solutions to eliminate redundant or low-value tasks
  • Collaborate with internal business partners to ensure business readiness for software and change deployments, such as POSSE or CAD
  • Create and maintain advanced dashboards, data visualizations, and statistical mapping to provide a clear picture of results and investments
  • Coordinate end-user testing for configuration changes and data corrections, ensuring system solutions meet business requirements before release
  • Assist in standardizing data collection and management procedures to maximize the efficiency of reporting systems
  • Support branch leadership in identifying and prioritizing annual projects and initiatives that advance service delivery
  • Perform other duties as assigned
