Coastal Cardiology is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Electrophysiologist to join a collegial, academically oriented practice that has served the Central Coast of California for over 30 years. In addition to electrophysiology, our practice specializes in all aspects of general, interventional, structural, non-invasive, and nuclear cardiology.

No other EP specialist services in San Luis Obispo County (population base > 280,000) plus possible referrals from adjacent counties
Dedicated time in well-equipped EP laboratory with highly trained staff and excellent industry support and representation.
Excellent and collaborative cardiac surgical support
Guaranteed salary for the first 18 months with potential for early partnership
Common Spirit/Dignity Health not-for-profit hospital motivated to support and expand EP service line. Facility has formal academic association with Stanford University.
Anticipated general call is 1:5 weekends only and possible vacation coverage responsibility.

Coastal Cardiology is an established, well-respected physician owned cardiology group consisting of 3 interventionalists and 6 non-invasive cardiologists as well as 3 advanced-practice providers, 3 RNs, a talented administrative staff and 65 support personnel. Coastal Cardiology has served the Central Coast community for over 30 years. The group has a strong academic orientation, practices guideline directed cardiology, and utilizes state-of-the-art technologies. The practice has in-office accredited nuclear (ICANL), echo (ICAEL), and vascular laboratories, an onsite fully staffed CRM clinic, remote CRM device monitoring services, anticoagulation clinic and offers telehealth services via a variety of virtual platforms. The practice has a mature, shared EMR system with in-house IT support.
