Client Service Executive

We are seeking a Client Services Executive for Connected Products, Cognizant Digital Business to serve our portfolio of clients in the manufacturing and industrial automation spaces. We are looking for a key leader with past experience in Energy & Utilities, and experience selling IoT services. You should have some consulting experience, market leadership, relationship management, and sales acumen coupled with an engineering mindset. You will manage a portfolio of Connected Products programs and project delivery, establish and run governance with client stakeholders, and run financial and demand forecasts across the Connected Products portfolio. You will also drive continuous improvements resulting in client value benefits, as well as a continuous competency uplift resulting in productivity and efficiency gains.

You will be responsible for the following:

Sales, Business Development & Customer Relationship activities for Engineering Services for Energy & Utilities vertical.

Engineering Services constitutes areas around Enterprise Asset Management, GIS, IOT, Systems Engineering and other areas that are relevant to E&U.

Achieve annual revenue & profitability targets.

Work in a matrix organization, responsible for prospecting and other sales driven activities.

Collaboration with Vertical teams, develop strong, long-term relationships with executives.

Manage the end-to-end sales process.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor?s Degree in any IT related fields.

15 years of experience and 6+ years of experience working in a Business/Sales role in the Engineering industry.

Strong connects & experience in Energy & Utilities vertical, and engagements in areas like Maximo / Enterprise GIS. / Industrial IOT / SCADA Implementations etc.

Experience with Consulting engagements with Utilities customers.

Track the trends / technology adoption in the E&U space and able to nurture & grow the Engineering practice.

Manage ecosystem of partnerships (Platform vendors, Technology companies etc.)

Strong technical skills with ability to find technical solutions to business problems and engage the potential customer with ?consultative selling? is essential.

Strong oral and written communication skills and executive presentation and persuasion skills.

Ability to interface at all levels of an organization.
