Job Description

This position supports a variety of professional development, stackable credentials, and contract and customized training The DWED Program Coordinator regularly harmonizes offerings with CSN departments/programs, business and industry, government, education, community, and workforce partners to provide unlimited learning opportunities to meet the needs of our changing economy, emerging workforce, and innovative technologies.  

Specialists will work directly with industry professionals to learn the client's expectations for a project and exceed these expectations in the area of customized and contract training development. The coordinator position will contribute to enhancing a company's performance by building strategies to implement projects and submit them by their deadlines. 

The specialist position requires a team approach to assist in developing course/program offerings via customized contracts, seminars, training, credentials, and extended learning and cross-functional projects. In addition, this position supports the development, coordination, and evaluation of various fee-based, non-credit courses for work readiness, professional development, personal enrichment, leisure, sure, and recreational opportunities. 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 2 years experience in the field of business development/Higher education

Starting Salary

$30.00 Hourly

Scheduled Weekly Hours

Monday - Friday 4 to 6 hours a day

Maximum 20 hours per week.
