Colorado Permanente Medical Group is seeking a board certified or board eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to work in our Skilled Nursing Facility department.
- Geriatric fellowship training is preferred.
- We cover 5 core Skilled Nursing Facilities in the Denver/Boulder area.

- Pay range: minimum $250,937 and maximum $295,220. *Salary will be based on years of experience and FTE.
