Community Autism Services, a division of The Stepping Stones Group, is hiring immediately for Full-Time Center Based Behavior Technicians in our Rocklin, CA center where you can provide state of the art behavioral services to children with autism that help us in Transforming Lives Together!
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

• Alternative work week schedule Monday-Friday--every other Friday OFF

 Qualifications

• Must have availability from 8:30am-6:00pm, Monday-Friday
• Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Special Education experience preferred
• Must have experience working with children
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field preferred
• Must be willing to drive to Sacramento and nearby centers
• Must have reliable transportation (personal vehicle), active license, and have current/active auto insurance
• Must have current vaccinations (MMR, HEP B, Tdap, Varicella) and TB test within the last year
• Must have COVID, booster, and flu vaccination annually
• Must pass DOJ/FBI live scan background clearance
• Must provide proof of physical capability including the ability to sit, stand, bend, squat, twist and lift 50 pounds

Job Description

• Work one on one with children in center using various teaching methodologies from Applied Behavior Analysis
• Collect data on assigned goals and implement plans to improve skills in all developmental domains
• Implement Behavior Intervention Plans as designed to decrease maladaptive behaviors
• Collaborate with family members and other professionals on a regular basis
