About the role

The Service Support Specialist is responsible for all aspects of contract administration and controlling, customer invoicing and crediting, cross charge management, commercial policies and processes within the defined service levels. You will be collaborating with teams across the business to provide accurate contract administration and controlling for Computacenter's customers.

Salary range: $60K - $65K USD

What you'll be doing

  • Maintaining contracts including invoicing plans, vendors, technical structure of projects, contract requirements and requests.
  • Invoicing, shipping, filing, and management of contract, timesheet, and billing documents.
  • Owning the deferral process and accruals and maintaining of the credit notes process.
  • Supporting service review and analysis of contract profitability.
  • Analyzing, evaluating, and interpreting deviations between plan and actual margin
  • partnering with internal departments for service reviews.
  • Providing support for our customer's needs including billing, budget controlling, and proof of performance.


What you have

  • 2+ years of customer service experience.
  • Experience collaborating with a project management organization.
  • The ability to engage and interact effectively with people from many different teams and organizations and maintain these relationships.
  • Ability to understand client requirements and engage with cross-functional teams for service contract administration and controlling solutions.
  • Experience providing input into commercial reports/presentations and documents.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, organizational, and follow-up skills.
  • The ability to handle a fast-paced work environment with changing priorities.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Bonus points

  • Experience with IT and services delivery methodologies.
  • SAP experience.
  • OpenAir and/or Great Plains experience.
