Healthcare Data Analyst
CPS Solutions, LLC
Remote

As a full time, exempt Healthcare Data Analyst with CPS, you will work collaboratively with internal/external stakeholders to ensure invoicing and customer implementation timelines are met. You will serve as a technical liaison between internal/external clients to provide a seamless go-live set up and continued customer support.

 

Pay Range: $75,000-$90,000 depending on experience

Required Qualifications: 

  • Must have ability to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare data analysis
  • Knowledge of Healthcare data sets: EDI, HL7, ADT, SIU, Encounter, Claims, Hospital Charges, etc.
  • Experience with Database packages such as SQL or mySQL
  • Experience with queries, report writing, and presenting findings
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
  • Advanced technical skills and excellent documentation skills
  • Ability to perform root cause analysis and determine long term solution

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Is responsible for all phases of a new client joining the Arbor integrated network or an existing client migration.
  • Document and effectively communicate findings, solutions and insights to cross functional team members.
  • Execute processes to generate invoices across all CPS customers.
  • Research and advise Invoicing requests and inquiries from site leaders.
  • Take the lead in defining analytics and Invoicing reporting needs.
  • Determine opportunities to enhance the Invoicing process.
  • Act as part of a project team and technical resource in order to provide clients with effective solutions that are aligned to our commitment of reliable, replicable, and quality integration practices.
  • Test and audit solutions and the successful transfer to our internal support teams.
  • Support existing integrations including tracking client issues and testing resolutions.
  • Analyze rejected and queued transactions and perform root cause analysis.
  • Resolve technical issues and client requests.
  • Maintain up-to-date customer integration documentation.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
