We want everyone who works at CVS Health to feel empowered by the role they play in transforming our culture and accelerating our ability to innovate and deliver solutions to make health care more personal, convenient and affordable. *Job Summary:* The Enterprise Marketing Technology Data Collection and Platforms Team is dedicated to capturing data from interactions on various CVS Health digital assets and making that data available throughout the organization to update customer profiles, inform optimization opportunities, and activate responsive touchpoints for the customer. Leveraging cutting edge technology and analytics, as an Adobe Customer Journey Analytics Strategist you will be on the forefront of maintaining and curating our most precious asset (the data!) through leading the continued development of our event tracking process, advising on strategy related to implementation and platform configuration based on analytics/reporting goals and training yourself and other developers on leading tools for measuring customer interactions. *Key Responsibilities:* - The Enterprise Marketing Technology Data Collection and Platforms Team plays an integral part in establishing an enterprise data strategy that will enable all other teams to leverage data as part of their work: informing marketing analytics and performance analytics functions, driving ongoing customer journey analytics and optimization, and leveraged in models to drive improved ability to meet members' needs. -Act as internal consultant to stakeholders – working to define and understand their requirements and challenges, and forming data-driven approaches to produce strategic recommendations for implementation and adoption of CJA -Define and document CJA standards, best practices, and data collection processes -Partner with internal Data Collection and Platform team members to advise the best usage of the CJA technology for their business unit - Support ability the ability to report on Product OKRs or KPIs/Data Science objectives by proper instrumentation of tools - Partner with the tag management team to ensure interaction data is tracked by our web analytics and cx measurement tools, as well as deployment of technology to optimize all aspects of a customer's experience (including marketing, merchandising, and optimization tools) - Troubleshoot platform issues as they arise within teams utilizing the technology, investigating technical details and data irregularities to help resolve - When possible support backend Data Engineering projects and goals where data quality, availability, validity, and governance are concerned - Guide and support POCs with new tools aimed at ensuring the validity, governance, and secure control over the clickstream data - Guide personal resources efficiently to complete assigned projects accurately and on time - Willing to learn new techniques, tools and approaches and in turn train others on these skills - Manage conflicting priorities, processes, risks, and timelines across Sprint cycles, in fast paced and rapidly changing environments - Participates in the development of project plans and timelines. - - Motivated and is willing to understand and probe into technical details and data irregularities. *Required Qualifications* 5+ years of experience with web analytics tools and tag management platforms (e.g., Adobe Launch, Tealium, Adobe WebSDK, Ensighten, Google Tag Manager, etc.). 3+ years of supporting digital product strategies, roadmaps, and digital assets. Partner and collaborate with team members, resources, and helping to prioritize the backlog. 1-3 years of experience implementing and configuring Customer Journey Analytics. 1-3 years of coding and backend databases for the purpose of supporting backend Data Engineering projects and goals where data quality, availability, validity, and governance. 3+ years of relevant technical experience with an emphasis on writing technical documentation for web analytics, marketing analytics, and cx analytics tool is a is a must. *Preferred Qualifications* - Technical development abilities (Javascript, SQL, etc.). - Experience with Data Visualization tools is a plus (Tableau, d3.js, Bokeh Python, Adobe Analytics, etc.). - Experience with data querying languages and tools to aid in analysis dataset development is a plus - Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills. - Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills. Able to present to various audiences. - Create and write training materials for new/existing developers. - Strong knowledge of Adobe Stack preferred (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch/DTM, Adobe WebSDK, Adobe Target, Adobe Experience Platform, etc..). - Proven skills in managing teams and multiple projects. *Education* The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree in scientific or quantitative discipline, or equivalent experience in the field. *Pay Range* The typical pay range for this role is: $118,450.00 - $267,800.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.    In addition to your compensation, enjoy the rewards of an organization that puts our heart into caring for our colleagues and our communities.  The Company offers a full range of medical, dental, and vision benefits.  Eligible employees may enroll in the Company's 401(k) retirement savings plan, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan is also available for eligible employees.  The Company provides a fully-paid term life insurance plan to eligible employees, and short-term and long term disability benefits.
