Job Description
The Information Security Advisor will join a team of Developers, Product Managers, and Solution Architects within the workforce Identity Access Management (IAM) space for CVS Health. This position will include hands-on engineering and development of home grown IAM application solutions as well as support of vendor product deployments specific to our IAM Controls and Services related primarily to our Access Control (Role Based Access Control, Attribute Based Access Control and Policy Based Access Control) systems, but assisting with Automated Provisioning and Self-Service Access Request systems.

As part of our Product Management Model, an ideal candidate will have strong engineering skills as well as the ability to help manage a product's (home-grown or vendor) Lifecycle through Continuous Improvement/Continuous Development strategies. Team Player mentality is a must. This position will have require strong Program/Product Management skills and is expected to help lead team-members in assignment of and completion of tasks, with an ability to keep product teams on schedule as well as assist with strategic direction specific to Access Control methodologies (ABAC, RBAC, PBAC).

We operate on DevOps and Agile methodology and development technologies include but are not limited to full-stack .net development, powershell, shell, Python and SQL as well as integration via RestAPI and Stored-Procedures development. We are mixed environment that includes both On-Prem and Cloud Based deployments.

Required Qualifications
-5+ Years of direct experience with Identity Access Management (IAM) products and services
- 5+ years of experience with Access Control Methodologies specific to strategy and execution of RBAC, ABAC, and PBAC models.
-General understanding of DevOps CI/CD or similar (Agile Scrum, etc).
-Strong team player that works well horizontally and vertically with others of varying skill levels and experience.
-Ability to clearly define and present solution development ideas in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications
-Working knowledge of Python
-Working knowledge of Powershell
-Working knowledge of Unix Shell Scripting
-Direct experience with SQL query and stored procedures development
-Experience with Rest API integration
-Experience with Cassandra DB a plus
-Experience with Apache Spark a plus
-Previous Product Management a plus
-Application development for Cloud based solutions
-Experience with SOC/SOC1 (SOX), HiTrust, and other auditing/compliance standards.
