Demonstrates familiarity with most areas of mathematical analysis methods, and statistical analyses. Demonstrates familiarity with strategy consulting concepts. Demonstrates familiarity with data engineering concepts. Works with manager and members of a single team. Presents recommendations to leadership. Collaborates with one or more business partners to understand their problems and goals, develop predictive modeling, analysis, data reports and performance metrics. Consults on the creation of analytics solutions that effectively weigh business and technical tradeoffs using a basic understanding of business strategy as well as relevant big data environment topics. Acts as an analytics product owner translating business needs into analytics projects and actions. Leads development of analytics solutions with low complexity and risk. Understands and recommends modeling techniques to the Sr. Manager, Business consulting. Applies initial experience from strategy consulting, analytics, or data engineering to contribute to the success and growth of our broker success management initiatives. *Required Qualifications*: * Strong knowledge of advanced analytics tools and languages to analyze large data sets from multiple data sources. * Demonstrates proficiency in most areas of mathematical analysis methods, statistical analyses, and in-depth specialization in some areas. Experience in Salesforce and Tableau required. Must have the ability to present findings and direct outcome of results * 3 years experience strategy consulting or on strategy teams in large companies * 5 years total business decision experience andanticipates and prevents problems and roadblocks before they occur. *Education*: Bachelor degree in mathematical/analytical field, or an equivalent combination of formal education and experience. *Pay Range* The typical pay range for this role is: $60,300.00 - $132,600.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
