Job Description
Fortune 5 CVS Health has an exciting opportunity for an Automation and Analytics Advisor to join our dynamic team. You will work as part of the Innovation Solution Center team and is responsible for providing business intelligence, relational database expertise, Robotic Process Automation, and consulting services to various Finance departments. You must have both the experience to understand the problems (the business challenges) and the education and aptitude to understand the rapidly advancing technological solutions.

You will be responsible for providing day-to-day management and coordination of activities pertaining to automation projects, ranging from development of use cases with value statements; defining requirements; and managing project direction, resource allocation, solution development, and problem resolution to ensure the company's automation goals are met.

You will promote the use of business intelligence and analytics to support the operational effectiveness of CVS/Caremark's operations and evangelize the data preparation and Robotics Process Automation benefits. You will partner with IT teams, third-party vendors, and the company's strategic partners to scope projects, build out project schedules, and determine the technological and human resources required to effectively design, develop, and launch these technologies.

The successful candidate will utilize their specialized knowledge of advanced database methodologies, concepts, and technologies, including, but not limited to: Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS); domain-specific Structured Query Language (SQL); enterprise-level predictive analytics utilities, data visualization technologies, such as the Tableau platform.

In addition to the highly technical nature of this position, it requires advanced relationship management and project management skills along with strong presentation skills. You will lead relationship management and initiative identification for teams based principally in Rhode Island.

Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years programming experience in VB, C#, or JavaScript
• Minimum of 5 years advanced SQL
• Minimum of 5 years in advanced data analytic tools like Tableau, QlikView, Power BI, or other comparable tools

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the Finance domain
