This position is at a developing professional level and requires an ambitious, motivated, and eager individual looking to work for an industry-leading Fortune 7 company. This role is within our Specialty Pharmacy Finance group and will play an instrumental role in the success of our team as we help people on their path to better health. This is an exciting opportunity for someone starting their career in the fields of Finance or Healthcare, and offers multiple potential growth and learning opportunities. Key activities for the Financial Financial Analyst – Specialty Pharmacy include: • Performing moderate to complex financial analysis including conducting research and identifying, designing, and implementing applications and tools to fulfill reporting and analysis needs • Preparing and analyzing standardized monthly close product variances • Presenting monthly variance analysis presentations to senior leadership • Performing ad hoc analysis and financial forecasts for the internal management team and external customers • Assisting in the development of financial plans and continuously analyzing operating financial results through budget and forecast models • Taking ownership of the budget and financial forecasting models in order to present accurate representation of future business performance • Meeting with operational business partners to provide insight into business performance and help influence strategic decisions • Supporting the PBM product business *Required Qualifications* 2 or more years of experience at a finance, healthcare or PBM related organization. 2 or more years of Microsoft Excel experience required, including: strong experience using functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, filters, macros, etc. *Education* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required *Pay Range* The typical pay range for this role is: $43,700.00 - $107,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
