Under the direction of the Senior Director, Compliance Administration, the Compliance Administration Senior Advisor is responsible for assisting organizational management in maintaining ongoing compliance with Omnicare Corporate Integrity Agreement (CIA) obligations by serving as team lead for various reviews in conjunction with leaders throughout the organization and assuming primary responsibility for the coordination of CIA tracking and reporting requirements. In this exciting, high profile role, you will be responsible for delivering results within agreed upon time frames, and serving as project manager for a variety of CIA initiatives.

You will assist with CIA Independent Review Organization (IRO) reviews and capture, organize, and transmit approved data files and perform related research and analysis. In addition, you will develop materials and assume responsibility for compilation of various CIA related reports and communications.

Additional responsibilities include:

•You will oversee and handle the ongoing completion status of IRO Review work plans, monitoring, tracking, and related corrective action plans.
•You will assist in the development of CIA required training materials and develop course assignment targeting recommendations for approval.
•You will serve as business process owner in regards to organizational structure of Omnicare CIA SharePoint file information to ensure that all CIA required documentation is securely maintained on file and readily retrievable.
•You will develop draft OIG Reportable Event notification letters and related materials for approval.

**We will consider REMOTE WORK FROM HOME for candidates who are not near a CVS Health location**

Required Qualifications
-You will have a minimum of 8 years experience in project management, handling multiple projects simultaneously within the areas of Corporate Compliance, Regulatory Compliance, Legal or Audit.
-You will be able to travel up to 5% of the time, as needed, to meet business needs.

•You will be organized, detail oriented and have the ability to handle a heavy workload in a dynamic, time-sensitive environment.

Education
-Bachelor's Degree is required.
-Master's Degree or J.D. preferred.
