We want everyone who works at CVS Health to feel empowered by the role they play in transforming our culture and accelerating our ability to innovate and deliver solutions to make health care more personal, convenient and affordable. *Position Summary* Customer Service Representatives are the face of Aetna and impact our member's experience through their interactions on inbound telephone calls.  Our Customer Service Representatives are required to navigate multiple computer systems, research information, process information, and share it back to our members in an way that is easily understandable on inbound telephone calls.     The ideal candidate for this position is results driven, and able to work in a fast paced environment.  The candidates for this role are empathetic and compassionate and have the ability to make meaningful connections with our members.  Working within the Medicare Service Operations organization requires following all compliance regulations.  Our candidates need possess a problem solving mindset, and have a focus on resolution.   This position is full time telework, the candidates are * required to have high speed internet service, * a private and secure work area * work area free from all distractions.  * candidates may be required to travel to an office when needed (if within a reasonable driving distance) *Required Qualifications* Ability to navigate multiple computer systems Ability to Multi Task Problem solving skills Excellent verbal communication Good written communication *Preferred Qualifications* *Reside in EST & CST time zone* Understanding of medical terminology Customer Service Experience  Experience with production and performance metrics *Education* High School Diploma or equivelant *Pay Range* The typical pay range for this role is: $17.00 - $29.88This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.     In addition to your compensation, enjoy the rewards of an organization that puts our heart into caring for our colleagues and our communities.  The Company offers a full range of medical, dental, and vision benefits.  Eligible employees may enroll in the Company's 401(k) retirement savings plan, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan is also available for eligible employees.  The Company provides a fully-paid term life insurance plan to eligible employees, and short-term and long term disability benefits.
