Job Description
This position reports into the Market Research division of the Retail Real Estate department, supporting new and relo stores, pharmacy acquisition as well as enterprise business initiatives through collaboration with business leaders to gain an understanding of strategic objectives. This is used to build the foundation of business and market analytics that drive measurable data driven decisions. This individual also supports and manages the data integrity of internal and external data sources by ensuring sources are reliable, accurate and that findings are validated and logical.

This role is directly responsible for what they own, from concept to completion, creating project timelines and deliverables as well as cascading project statuses to department leaders and business partners. Responsible to communicate, both verbally and in presentation format, the data results on key drivers and findings across all levels within the organization. Other responsibilities include maintaining, updating and documenting sources and processes of responsibilities managed by the Market Research department.

Required Qualifications
3+ years of business experience with hands-on SQL experience (or similar), extracting and manipulating large data sets and tables.
5+ years of experience managing/leading projects using proper tools (analytic reporting), from kickoff to implementation.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with R/SAS/SPSS/Python and advanced analytic techniques
- Retail experience
- Healthcare experience
- Tableau, Power BI or similar tool experience
- Master's Degree
- Real Estate experience

Education
- Bachelor's Degree
