We want everyone who works at CVS Health to feel empowered by the role they play in transforming our culture and accelerating our ability to innovate and deliver solutions to make health care more personal, convenient and affordable. *Position Summary* The Lead Director, Workforce Experience and Colleague Engagement is a strategic role responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive culture framework and initiatives that cultivate a positive, inclusive, and high-performance organizational culture across Pharmacy & Consumer Wellness (PCW) at CVS Health.  This role will work in close partnership with PCW, Colleague Relations and HR leadership teams to address employee matters through trend analysis to inform continued cultural improvement initiatives to ensure colleagues are supported and engaged.  This role focuses on shaping and reinforcing the core behaviors that define our workplace environment, driving employee engagement, and ensuring alignment with our overall business strategy. This role offers the unique opportunity to shape the future of our organization by building a culture that attracts, retains, and develops the best talent while driving organizational excellence.  *Responsibilities: * * Lead the creation of the PCW culture strategy in partnership with HR business partners, and HR and PCW leadership to implement across the organization * Develop a comprehensive culture strategy that promotes a positive workplace, aligns with the organization's purpose and strategic goals, while ensuring it permeates all levels of the PCW organization * Implement a robust culture framework that includes initiatives for employee engagement, organizational values alignment and leadership development - collaborating with HR business unit leaders to embed and execute the culture values into daily operations * Foster strong relationships with all stakeholders to ensure buy-in and active participation in cultural transformation * Develop effective communication strategies that promote and reinforce the cultural change, ensuring consistency across all channels and touchpoints throughout PCW * Develop culture transformation roadmaps with clear milestones and success metrics.  Leverage data and insights to measure effectiveness of the strategy and forecast future trends to inform strategic decisions  * Work closely with Colleague Relations, Change Management resources and other key stakeholders to identify trends, themes and areas of improvement in the employee experience and implement solutions to promote positive work experience for PCW colleagues *Essential Qualifications:  * * 10+ years of experience in a leadership role with a focus on organizational culture, human resources or related field * Demonstrated experience in identifying trends and developing and implementing successful projects/initiatives to transform the colleague experience * Experience in driving organizational transformation *Skills and Attributes:* * Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels of the organization * Strategic thinker with a visionary approach to organizational culture * Highly empathetic with strong emotional intelligence * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal * Strong ethical standards and integrity * Resilient, agile and capable of managing ambiguity *Education:* Bachelor's Degree; Equivalent Work Experience *Preferred Qualifications:* Master's Degree *Pay Range* The typical pay range for this role is: $100,000.00 - $231,500.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.    In addition to your compensation, enjoy the rewards of an organization that puts our heart into caring for our colleagues and our communities.  The Company offers a full range of medical, dental, and vision benefits.  Eligible employees may enroll in the Company's 401(k) retirement savings plan, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan is also available for eligible employees.  The Company provides a fully-paid term life insurance plan to eligible employees, and short-term and long term disability benefits.
