Would you like to join CVS Health within our dynamic and growing Ethics Line team?

Our Ethics Line is a resource that strongly supports over 300K colleagues plus contractors, vendors, suppliers, clients, and customers to report concerns around compliance with laws, policies, or other ethics matters. Combined with Aetna, over 10K compliance/ethics related calls are received annually and led by the Ethics Line team from receipt, through investigation, to conclusion and resolution. You will analyze Ethics Line data to pro-actively identify trends, drivers, and root causes to help mitigate compliance risk across the enterprise.

Additional responsibilities include:

•Provide data analysis in various executive summaries, detailed leadership reports, and presentations.
•Execute and lead end-to-end data analysis projects based on project timelines.
•Design and lead dedicated data analysis processes aimed at identifying potential compliance issues and informing partners across the company.
•Collaborate with the Compliance Analytics department in developing key Ethics Line reporting, dashboards, and metrics.
•Partner with Ethics Line operations along with partners across compliance to develop action plans based on your analysis of Ethics Line data.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following:

•Experience with research and writing to analyze, model, and interpret data.
•Multi-project experience in a detail oriented, fast paced, tight deadline driven environment.
•Experience partnering with others across various departments and lines of business with highly confidential and sensitive information.
•Computer experience, including proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
•Capable of prioritizing tasks.
•A self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
•Work independently and take initiative.
•Highly focused on quality work product, accuracy, and attention to detail.
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Required Qualifications
-Minimum 8 years in data analysis roles utilizing data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau/Webi, etc).
-Up to 5% travel required.

Preferred Qualifications
-Healthcare compliance experience.

Education
-Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, MIS, computer science, business, or similar is required.
-Masters degree is a plus.
