Job Description
As a Director, Finance Systems Integration at CVS Health in our Enterprise Analytics group, you will be responsible for driving the modernization and standardization efforts of disparate finance groups using data, analytics, and business intelligence. You will be responsible for the roadmap and stakeholder management around a set of initiatives that aim to standardize the rules, assumptions, models, and forecasts used by different teams. You will serve as a bridge between the technical leads and the business leads, ensuring the timely and accurate flow of information around the architecture and business trade-offs. Your primary responsibility will be the development of a central Rules Repository that spans underwriting, actuarial, pricing, and other financial teams.

Required Qualifications
• 4+ years of experience in software product management in the healthcare domain.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with establishing data governance processes is a plus.Be a self-starter who can create a vision and organize a plan to execute it.
• Exceptional communication skills to ensure all stakeholders understand and are aligned with the product plan.
• History of providing data-based experiences to customers that make the complex understandable.

Education
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Applied Math, Operation Research, Statistics, Health Policy, or other related field; or Advanced Degree
