We want everyone who works at CVS Health to feel empowered by the role they play in transforming our culture and accelerating our ability to innovate and deliver solutions to make health care more personal, convenient and affordable. *Position Summary* This role will be responsible for supplying fitness programs and related services to CVS Health colleagues and contingent workers to enhance CVS Health's ability to support, improve and keep a healthy and productive workforce. *Reports directly to: *Associate Manger of Fitness Center *Position Summary: *All responsibilities will be performed onsite and/or virtually to meet business needs. * Perform health risk and physical assessments. * Prescribe, and monitor exercise programs. * Lead group exercise classes (onsite and virtual). * Instruct fitness education classes (onsite and virtual). * Conduct individual and small group personal training sessions (onsite and virtual). * Perform daily required tasks and duties for ongoing fitness operations. * Promote all Benefit programs and services. * Analyzes and reports on assigned programs or services. * Maintain confidential information and records. * Maintain professional certifications as required (Personal Training, Group Exercise). * Comply with applicable laws and CVS Health policies. *Special Requirements:*  Willing to keep an irregular work schedule (Mon-Fri 5:30am.- 8pm., 40 hours per week, 3-5 days per week in the office). * Required Qualifications:* * 1+ years experience in corporate/adult fitness with concentration in delivery of programs and services both virtually and in person. * Certified in Personal Training and Group Exercise. *Education: * * Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science, Kinesiology or Physical Education.   *Pay Range* The typical pay range for this role is: $40,600.00 - $89,300.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.    In addition to your compensation, enjoy the rewards of an organization that puts our heart into caring for our colleagues and our communities.  The Company offers a full range of medical, dental, and vision benefits.  Eligible employees may enroll in the Company's 401(k) retirement savings plan, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan is also available for eligible employees.  The Company provides a fully-paid term life insurance plan to eligible employees, and short-term and long term disability benefits.
