Job Description
CVS Health, a mail service Specialty Pharmacy in the Monroeville areas, has an opportunity for a full time Inbound Call Center Representative to handle patient billing questions. The Inbound representative will handle all requests made by the patients of CVS Health Specialty pharmacy billing in an attempt to ensure timely and accurate account payment for outstanding balances while demonstrating excellent customer service to patients, healthcare professionals and insurance carriers.

Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:
-Receive inbound calls from patients with questions regarding bills received
-Provide excellent customer service to the patient by providing first call resolution to their need
-Resolve problems that may have resulted from incorrect or incomplete information
-Work closely with internal departments to address patient billing questions

Hours are operation are 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM.

Required Qualifications
1+years of experience in a high-volume inbound call center or customer service role
-1+years of experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Outlook and Word

Preferred Qualifications
1+years of experience in a high-volume inbound call center or customer service role
-1+years of experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Outlook and Word

Education
Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required.
