We want everyone who works at CVS Health to feel empowered by the role they play in transforming our culture and accelerating our ability to innovate and deliver solutions to make health care more personal, convenient and affordable. *Job Description* We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to join our Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning Center of Excellence (CoE) within our Technology Services and Solutions (TSS) organization. The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial and innovative product leader with a user-centric mindset and proven experience in driving AI/ML products and solutions.  The Lead Director will collaborate closely with internal project stakeholders across the TSS organization to develop strategic solutions, create clear product roadmaps and deliver next gen outcomes.  The role will work closely with a range of audiences, including stakeholders across the TSS organization, developers, data engineers, ML engineers, data scientists, project managers, and application owners to translate business needs into an effective product strategy.  The Product Manager is essential to ensuring CVS Health maintains its leading position in a highly competitive market and is responsible for implementing emerging ML trends, technologies, platforms and potential partnerships that allow us to deliver innovative experiences that improve the customer experience. The position operates in a highly collaborative environment and will be responsible for product vision, strategy and outcome-oriented roadmap, prioritize product features and capabilities, and maintain a healthy product backlog (i.e. writing and accepting user stories).  The Product Leader will lead innovative and bold initiatives aimed at transforming health care using the latest technologies and methodologies.  The role requires willingness to question the status quo and passion for IT innovation, exceptional problem-solving skills, effective communication, successful collaboration, influence product conversations, building consensus among a wide range of business partners, as well as ability to instill commitment from direct reports to deliver high performance results towards the development and execution of enhanced product offerings. *Responsibilities* Product Management Principles * Responsible for Machine Learning COE product strategy, vision and the product backlog * Define and manage metrics to measure success and inform the overall product strategy * Invest significant time speaking with current and potential customers to understand their needs & habits * Engage in build-test-learn activities to quickly validate assumptions and product direction * Manage the product backlog, create an effective vision and provide timely stakeholder feedback on development iterations * Ensure the successful execution of development standards to ensure tight feedback loops and clear product definition * Coach and mentor members of the team as well as members of the cross-functional development organization on how to collaborate and conduct idea generation, consumer research, test design and execution, measurement, product implementation, customer interactions and roll out * Guide and support business and technology leadership through the process of transforming into product-led organizations Resource Management * Provide formal and informal coaching and feedback to make good people great and great people greater across functional, technical and soft skills * Actively participate in recruitment and selection processes for CVS candidates * Commitment to ensuring teams adheres to the highest degree of integrity and Code of Conduct standards Customer Relationship Management * Consult with business and TSS stakeholders during execution of projects to ensure expectations are being met * Address any challenge or roadblock to accomplish product goals and expectations *Required Qualifications* * 8+ years of experience in strategic role(s) in Analytics, ML-Engineering, Information Technology Strategy, including leadership and development management experience, with 2 years of experience in mentoring and supervising full time employees work and career development * 5+ years deep knowledge of AI/ML principles, Agile development methodologies and knowledge of Cloud platforms / applications/ software products or design tools. * 5+ years of experience in handling customer expectations and relationship building *Preferred Qualifications* * Deep experience & love for working within an Agile methodology at an enterprise level * Entrepreneurial, with a strong inclination towards action, preferably with experience in IT infrastructure * Experience operating in an environment driven by KPIs where s(he) had the accountability to determine the best course of action to meet goals * Ability to communicate complex and innovative concepts to diverse teams * Ability to analyze and interpret moderate to complex Machine Learning concepts * Demonstrated ability to communicate across multiple levels of leadership *Education* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (High School Diploma and 4 years relevant experience) *Pay Range* The typical pay range for this role is: $144,200.00 - $288,400.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.    In addition to your compensation, enjoy the rewards of an organization that puts our heart into caring for our colleagues and our communities.  The Company offers a full range of medical, dental, and vision benefits.  Eligible employees may enroll in the Company's 401(k) retirement savings plan, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan is also available for eligible employees.  The Company provides a fully-paid term life insurance plan to eligible employees, and short-term and long term disability benefits.
