We want everyone who works at CVS Health to feel empowered by the role they play in transforming our culture and accelerating our ability to innovate and deliver solutions to make health care more personal, convenient and affordable. *Position Summary* As Lead Director, Enterprise Formats, you will be responsible for leading the development, from strategy to design to execution, of our enterprise store formats which combine retail and healthcare delivery. These formats are a critical component of our enterprise strategy to build out care delivery capabilities in local communities, and represent a unique opportunity to deliver innovative, differentiated care experiences by bringing together enterprise assets in a way that no other company can. This role will put you at the forefront of our efforts to reimagine healthcare delivery.  You will play a key role in enhancing the patient and customer experience in our stores / clinics and gain significant cross-enterprise and senior executive exposure. You will accomplish this by: * Leading a cross functional team of senior leaders across PCW (Pharmacy and Consumer Wellness) and HCD (Healthcare Delivery) to deliver innovative formats that meet strategic, experience and financial objectives * Setting strategic direction based on our enterprise strategy, customer insights and financial data * Driving the development of a design in partnership with subject matter experts while ensuring the design meets our strategic and financial objectives and then managing execution of the project * Ensuring cross-functional leadership alignment across the VP, SVP and EVP levels * Once the formats are in market, driving the learning agenda, results measurement, operational excellence, and continuous improvement This job requires exceptional influencing ability (both upward to drive alignment and sideways to drive results with peers without formal authority), strategic and structured thinking, the ability to manage diverse cross-functional teams through complexity and uncertainty, and deep expertise in retail and / or healthcare. *Required Qualifications* * 10+ years' experience demonstrating successful leadership experience in a consumer-focused business, including experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results. This should include several years of experience in retail and / or healthcare * 10+ years' experience understanding and breaking down highly complex situations to deliver impactful solutions in real time. * 10+ years' experience effectively communicating and presenting to multiple levels of the organization.  Powerful communication skills, both verbally and on paper, and ability to influence both peers and senior executives are both essential to this role * 10+ years' experience collaborating effectively across different business functions, different perspectives, and different styles of leadership. * Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% *Preferred Qualifications* * 10+ years' experience influencing without authority * 10+ years' experience building high-performing, successful teams developing key talent. Demonstrated passion for bringing new leaders along and helping them realize their ability to impact the business. * 10+ years' experience actively taking on issues in a decisive manner, while keeping broader organizational dynamics in mind and empowering your leaders to obtain results through building behaviors. * 10+ years' experience leading under pressure, adapting to changing dynamics in real time, and finding solutions that satisfy multiple ‘customers' of the business. * Demonstrated ability to quickly develop working knowledge of unfamiliar strategies and processes in order to effectively guide the work of a diverse cross-functional team across Retail and HCD * Demonstrated track record of high performance * Ability to think about the impact of decisions on the broader enterprise * Expertise in store or clinical operations a plus * Experience building differentiated and innovative customer experiences a plus * Master's Degree *Education* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience *Pay Range* The typical pay range for this role is: $100,000.00 - $231,500.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.    In addition to your compensation, enjoy the rewards of an organization that puts our heart into caring for our colleagues and our communities.  The Company offers a full range of medical, dental, and vision benefits.  Eligible employees may enroll in the Company's 401(k) retirement savings plan, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan is also available for eligible employees.  The Company provides a fully-paid term life insurance plan to eligible employees, and short-term and long term disability benefits.
