Job Description
As a Lease Administrator, you are responsible for being the primary contact and support for property issues as they arise for our open and surplus sites. This includes reviewing Lease and Operative documents and working with Landlords on a regular basis to resolve issues. This includes negotiating for positive results all while maintaining a strong Landlord - Tenant relationship. Documentation of issues through notice letters or Letter Agreements are also a requirement of the position. You will also need to be able to abstract documents into our Real Estate database timely and accurately. Tracking and acting on critical dates as required. Some reporting and cross-functional support with the store opening and renewals as needed. Drafting of Legal documents is required. In this position you work as part of a team and must be able to work well with others in a positive and healthy manner.

Required Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in Lease Administration, Property management, and/or as a paralegal required
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with Real Estate databases
- The art of letter writing
- Drafting Agreements
- Experience reading and understanding legal documents
- Demonstrated experience in legal research
- Previous experience with contract negotiation and/or contract administration
- Bachelor's degree

Education
- Verifiable High School Diploma or GED
