We want everyone who works at CVS Health to feel empowered by the role they play in transforming our culture and accelerating our ability to innovate and deliver solutions to make health care more personal, convenient and affordable. *Position Summary* * Partner with account and creative leads, and actively participate in client strategy and status meetings. * Build, coordinate, and manage positive relationships with very senior-level clients, internal teams, venues, and vendors. * Ability to understand the event in its entirety and make decisions accordingly. * Manage project budgets and timelines with accuracy and efficiency. * Work together with the internal team to ensure the event objectives, strategy, and creative requirements are understood and adhered to. * Ability to manage costs by effectively negotiating with clients, venues, and vendors. * Work with the Corporate Events team to ensure A/V requirements meet the creative and project scope. * Coordinate all event content elements and the production. * Proficient with Power Point, ability to make changes under pressure * Lead and motivate teams on-site producing flawless shows, while at the same time ensuring that client expectations are exceeded time and again. * Manage the onsite execution of the event. * Responsible for all client post-event deliverables. Required Qualifications: * 3+ years of work experience in a deadline driven environment Education: * High School Diploma or GED required *Pay Range* The typical pay range for this role is: $75,705.00 - $154,500.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
