We want everyone who works at CVS Health to feel empowered by the role they play in transforming our culture and accelerating our ability to innovate and deliver solutions to make health care more personal, convenient and affordable. *Position Summary * As a member of the Clinical Informatics and Interoperability team you will be responsible for the coordination of critical clinical data initiatives aimed at driving best-in-class solutions. You will be responsible for the overall execution of clinical integration to strategic provider organizations, Health Information Exchanges, and other external partners. The Manager role will provide leadership direction, define project scope, identify scalable solutions, manage vendor relationships, collaborate with internal and external teams to execute build, and oversee project deliverables to ensure successful implementations for health system connectivity. You will coordinate activities across diverse departments and ensure that contributions across different teams are aligned and integrated as part of overall delivery.   Essential Roles and Responsibilities: • Collaborate with business stakeholders to create a product vision, identify business value, document busines use cases and capabilities, and translate requirements into a robust clinical data solution. • Explore strategic options for obtaining external clinical data to meet business use case requirements. • Review vendor features/functionalities to determine applicability and opportunity within their software. • Coordinate and facilitate submitting agreements / contracts through procurement process and serve as a trusted resource for our Legal business partners. • Aid in managing relationships with all vendors and external data connections. • Initiate and lead project efforts for clinical data exchange between our CVSH Clinical Data Repository and external provider organizations, Health Information Exchanges (HIEs), and third-party vendors. • Lead project initiatives related to bi-directional exchange of clinical data between Health Information Exchanges (HIEs) and our Epic platform. • Ensure cross-team participation with external partners and leverage specialized expertise from across Enterprise lines of business, IT Delivery teams, and other internal partners. • Partner with various internal Product Managers and Product Owners in a scaled agile framework environment (SAFe) to deliver clinical solutions. • Align deliverables with strategic roadmaps and detailed project plans and succinctly convey progress and impediments to senior leadership. • Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for clinical data exchange and utilize your expertise to support various business areas and initiatives within CVS Health and Aetna. • Construct project artifacts and deliver project information to stakeholders and partners. • Identify and mitigate potential project risks. • Resolve project issues utilizing analytical, technical, and managerial skillsets. • Communicate complex technical subjects to technical and non-technical audiences. *Required Qualifications* To be considered for this exciting opportunity, candidates will need to have: • 5+ years of professional experience in a clinical data exchange role, healthcare IT professional role, or other related experience • 3+ years of Epic EHR experience You will also need to have demonstrated experience in the following:   • Experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) applications and/or clinical data sets. • Experience leading projects and processes, including coordinating activities across diverse departments and ensuring that contributions across different teams are aligned and integrated as part of overall delivery. • Ability to quickly develop knowledge and understanding of new domains and underlying data sources. • Ability to work with business users and technical resources to understand project requests and translate requirements to the final project deliverables. • Ability to create, manage, and deliver project artifacts (such as project roadmaps, status reports, requirements documentation, and test plans). *Preferred Qualifications* • Experience working with legal and compliance partners in support of proper execution of contractual agreements and adherence to clinical data policies • Experience across the full project lifecycle (discovery, requirements definition, design, build, testing, and deployment) and ability to operate within an Agile SAFe methodology. • Baseline discipline experience as a business analyst, product manager, technical/applications specialist, project specialist, or similar role. • Ability to identify, assess, communicate, and resolve complex problems and facilitate issue resolution and risk mitigation. • Knowledge of clinical interoperability and/or external clinical data exchange. • Knowledge of clinical interfaces using healthcare standards (HL7, CCD, CCDA, HISP, Direct Messaging, and/or FHIR APIs). • Knowledge of regulations and standards related to the management of patient health information (PHI). • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including communicating with project teams during meetings and via email to manage deliverables and keep project timelines on track. • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to effectively organize information. • Comfortability with presenting updates and solutions to senior leadership and serving as a thought partner. • Experience with Healthcare/Clinical Data and various EHR platforms (Epic, Cerner, athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, NextGen) •  Knowledge of clinical integration standards (FHIR APIs, HL7, USCDI) •  Experience with Clinical Interoperability concepts •  Demonstrated business acumen •  Strong critical thinker who makes balanced, insightful decisions using solution-based    thinking to solve problems and ask probing questions •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical    audiences of various levels in the organization •  Demonstrated collaborative style, with ability to effectively work within cross-functional      teams  •  SAFe Agile certification •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Teams) *Education* Bachelor's Degree in related discipline or comparable experience *Pay Range* The typical pay range for this role is: $54,300.00 - $152,600.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.    In addition to
