In this high impact, individual contributor role, you will support the strategic design, operational implementation, and commercialization of innovative PBM solutions that differentiate us in the market. You will work cross-functionally with key areas of the organization to deliver new strategies to enhance existing solutions to deliver value for members, clients, and the enterprise. As a successful candidate, you will use data driven insights to develop and position winning business strategies. You must possess strong expertise in financial modeling, data mining, and outcomes measurement. The environment will be, at times, ambiguous and uncertain, the ideal candidate will have demonstrated success leading in a fast-paced environment. You must have a willingness to “learn on the fly” to assess and solve complex problems that will differ from project to project. Finally, you must have highly developed relationship-building and influencing skills to foster effective working relationships across the team and the organization *Required Qualifications* * 5+ years of work experience * 3+ years of coding experience using SQL, or similar software. * 3+ years of analytics experiencing using different data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, or similar tools. *Preferred Qualifications* * PBM, Pharmaceutical or healthcare experience * Ability to produce results by working within established timeframes, deadlines, and understanding next steps * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adjusting priorities as needed and meeting deadlines * Exceptional communications skills (both verbal and written), with experience presenting to audience across all levels in an open and transparent way that quickly builds trust and respect * Bachelor's degree or appropriate level of experience *Pay Range* The typical pay range for this role is: $63,300.00 - $139,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
