Responsibilities will include FP&A functions (Budgeting & Forecasting, Expense Management, Month Close & Reporting), Operations support (membership-based and metrics driven staffing models) and managing business partnerships. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is needed along with experience with Aetna Finance systems and processes. Fundamental components -Drive end-to-end Finance support for assigned unit -Finance partner for assigned unit -Liaison to HCB Segment & Transformation Finance teams on all matters related to assigned unit -Opportunity to understand the assigned unit and become a subject matter expert on operations while overseeing different requirements from key stakeholders  -Own membership-based staffing models for various functions and products, drive efficient staffing increases with business growth -Develop quarterly forecasts and annual budgets; build rapport and accountability with individual cost center owners to maximize effectiveness -Facilitate and manage month close; evaluate, analyze, and present monthly financial results to Business and Finance leaders -Subject matter expert and primary support for Clinical Services consolidated FP&A, including Budgeting / Forecasting, Month Close / Reporting, and Analysis results -Liaison to HCB Segment on all matters related to Clinical Services SG&A  -Support special projects and perform ad-hoc analyses -Be a creative problem solver within fast evolving environment and have ability to adapt to change *Required Qualifications* -5 - 7 years related accounting/financial experience, business planning, accounting and/or financial analysis/reporting. -Intermediate skills with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are needed along with experience with financial systems. *Education*-Bachelor's Degree; focus on Finance or Accounting and or equivalent years of relevant experience. *Preferred Qualifications* -Healthcare Finance -Aetna Finance systems and processes -Commercial Segment knowledge -Advanced degree in Business and/or FSA/CPA -Proficiency with Hyperion and Anaplan   *Pay Range* The typical pay range for this role is: $60,300.00 - $139,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.    In addition to your compensation, enjoy the rewards of an organization that puts our heart into caring for our colleagues and our communities.  The Company offers a full range of medical, dental, and vision benefits.  Eligible employees may enroll in the Company's 401(k) retirement savings plan, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan is also available for eligible employees.  The Company provides a fully-paid term life insurance plan to eligible employees, and short-term and long term disability benefits.
