This position will be responsible for leading the execution of SOX projects. As a subject matter expert, the IT Manager will oversee the project team and ensure the successful planning and execution of complex audits and projects. Additionally, this role will provide day-to-day project management of audit engagements, including overseeing Analysts assigned to these engagements. *Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities: * *Audit Project Management: * - Plan, organize, and facilitate multiple concurrent projects of high complexity. - Conduct a thorough review of process documentation obtained during risk monitoring prior to the start of each assigned project. - Assist in managing the project scope and provide project feedback to the project team. - Draft audit issues and reports for each assigned project, effectively communicating the project's purpose and conclusions reached to senior leadership and the Board. - Manage project resource needs, identify and communicate resource/administrative gaps, and work with department management to secure necessary resources to meet project objectives. *Audit Execution & Reporting/Communication:* - Perform and document audit activities in accordance with professional standards and the organization's audit methodology. - Understand procedures, results, and business impacts, and document and express this understanding in written and verbal form. - Conduct detailed testing reviews as defined by the test program to define, analyze, and validate information, documenting material findings. - Demonstrate the ability to accurately document ITGC process workflows and data flows. - Interact with various levels of Internal Audit and business line management to resolve issues in a timely manner and maintain effective communication. - Report audit findings to audit and technology management. *Audit Team Support: * - Meet administrative reporting requirements and support department initiatives. - Demonstrate a commitment to integrity, the company code of conduct, and respect for diversity and inclusion. - Contribute to overall Internal Audit Department team norms to promote a positive environment and improve team effectiveness. *Required Qualifications: * - 5+ years of prior experience in a relevant technology accounting or SOX IT auditing role. *Preferred Qualifications: * - Professional designations such as CPA, CIA, CISA, CRISC, CISM, etc., or progress towards achieving such designations. - Prior experience in strategizing, planning, and developing technology audit project plans. - Previous project management experience. - Practical knowledge of processes, risks, and internal controls. - Strong analytical, deductive, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. - Good teamwork and collaboration skills. - Solid meeting management and oral/written communication skills. - Ability to travel up to 10%. *Education: * - Required: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience). - Preferred: Master's Degree. *Pay Range* The typical pay range for this role is: $63,300.00 - $139,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.    In addition to your compensation, enjoy the rewards of an organization that puts our heart into caring for our colleagues and our communities.  The Company offers a full range of medical, dental, and vision benefits.  Eligible employees may enroll in the Company's 401(k) retirement savings plan, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan is also available for eligible employees.  The Company provides a fully-paid term life insurance plan to eligible employees, and short-term and long term disability benefits.
