We want everyone who works at CVS Health to feel empowered by the role they play in transforming our culture and accelerating our ability to innovate and deliver solutions to make health care more personal, convenient and affordable. **Fully Remote** *Position Summary* The Manager of Vulnerability Management Governance and Reporting will be responsible for effective use and distribution of vulnerability related data through the design of reporting strategies that will drive remediation efforts and provide recommendations to decision makers. They will be reporting to the Lead director of Vulnerability Management and Penetration Testing Services in the Security Technology Services organization.  They will be managing a team of 5 individuals. The ideal candidate can analyze enterprise vulnerability management data and identify trends, problems, and areas of improvement. They will also need excellent communication effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders to insure adherence to SLAs. * Effectively manage, monitor, and communicate enterprise security risks by maintaining visibility across the enterprise * Improve reporting maturity through automation, consolidation, and other techniques. * Participate in the development of ongoing vulnerability data management strategies * Develop insights that lead to short- and long-term improvements in the enterprise vulnerability management program * Communicate complex information to stakeholders in a concise and understandable manner * Ownership and management of associated security policies and control standards for vulnerability management * Analyze data to assist with identifying risk and prioritizing remediation efforts * Assist others with developing reporting and providing analysis around enterprise vulnerability data * Work with key stakeholders throughout the organization to build relationships based on an understanding of stakeholder needs and actions consistent with the company's service standards * Provide reporting and analysis to demonstrate SLA adherence and help drive remediation efforts. * Lead for vulnerability management audit mandates, policies, standards, and requirements. * Guide and develop team members in data analysis, reporting skills, and governance. * Provide guidance and oversight on SLA exceptions. * Partner with asset management to see that all assets have owner assignment. * Oversight of vulnerability assignment logic. * Applies in-depth knowledge of industry best practices, compliance obligations (NIST, SOX, PCI, etc.) and internal standards to support compliance, security, and risk management objectives. *Required Qualifications* * 4 years+ of experience in security and technical industries * 4+ years leadership experience developing and leading a workforce of Cybersecurity experts. * 4+ years experience in an Enterprise Vulnerability Management program. * Technical understanding of vulnerability scanning, patching and processes. * Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills *Preferred Qualifications* * Experience in data analysis, visualization, and/or developing data-driven solutions * Understanding of security controls and alignment to regulatory compliance (examples: NIST, ISO, HITRUST, HIPAA, PCI) * Working knowledge of risk data analysis, dashboards and visualization, and executive risk reporting. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions. * Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. * Solid presentation skills, with the ability to prepare briefings and present technical information to technical and non-technical audiences. * Ability to successfully manage multiple, concurrent projects, with a track record of completing projects successfully on time and on budget. * Ability to ensure the effective achievement team objectives by managing staff and product providers. *Education* * Bachelor's or equivalent experience *Pay Range* The typical pay range for this role is: $83,430.00 - $201,900.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.    In addition to your compensation, enjoy the rewards of an organization that puts our heart into caring for our colleagues and our communities.  The Company offers a full range of medical, dental, and vision benefits.  Eligible employees may enroll in the Company's 401(k) retirement savings plan, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan is also available for eligible employees.  The Company provides a fully-paid term life insurance plan to eligible employees, and short-term and long term disability benefits.
